| Drink Smart has been designed as an illustrated self-help guide to support setting personal goals to drink less. In its third reprint in 2011, it includes useful facts about units and calories of common drinks, definitions of risk levels and a simple questionnaire to test-yourself, as well as tips and exercises for cutting down or having time off.
